Mike Parkinson

Mike has over 35 years’ experience in the international financial services industry. He was admitted to the bar in the Cayman Islands in 1985, has practiced as a Cayman Attorney-at-Law, specialising in trusts and international offshore litigation, and is currently in-house counsel for a private bank and trust company.

Mike is experienced in the fields of financial services, advising international clients, professional trustees and investment funds. Mike joined FFP (Cayman) Ltd in 2016 as in-house counsel and has been involved in several high-profile cases of global significance.

Mike has worked with CLT International since 1999. He designed the syllabi and authored the five course manuals for the STEP Certificate and Diploma in International Trust Management and continues to be a tutor and author for the programme.
