You can request a certificate of completion for any of our STEP Programmes or if you have studied one of our Fund Administration courses. You may also request a replacement certificate should your original copy be lost or damaged.
There is a charge of £50.00 (plus VAT where applicable) for this service. You will need to have your CLTI candidate number. If you have forgotten your ID number please email the Client Services team on email@example.com so that this information can be provided to you.
If you have just completed your programme, you will receive your certificate by post and will not need to order this item.
You should expect to receive your replacement certificate within approximately 21 working days of your payment (please allow extra time for delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom).
CLTI reserve the right to decline the issue of a replacement certificate. Should your application for a replacement certificate be declined the fee will be refunded in full to the card used to pay for this transaction.
