    • Code of Practice for Certified Funds (part of the CIF Law)

    • Recognised funds and unregulated funds
  • Guide to Jersey Open-Ended Unclassified Collective Investment Funds offered to the general public (the ‘OCIF Guide) and the Collective Investment Funds (Certified Funds- Prospectuses) (Jersey) Order 2012 (the ‘CFPO’)
