  • Authorised funds and the Rules applicable to them, including: 
    • The Authorised Collective Investment Schemes (Class A) Rules 2008 
    • The Authorised Collective Investment Schemes (Class B) Rules 2013 
    • Collective Investment Schemes (Qualifying Professional Investors Funds) (Class Q) Rules 1998
    • The Authorised Closed-Ended Investment Schemes Rules 2008 
  • Registered funds and the Rules applicable to them, including 
    • The Registered Collective Investment Schemes Rules 2018
    • Prospectus Rules 2018 
  • Private Investment Fund Rules 2016 
  • The Licensees (Conduct of Business) Rules 2016 
  • The Finance Sector Code of Corporate Governance  
  • Outsourcing of functions by entities licensed under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987 
  • Licensees (Capital Adequacy) Rules 2010

There are 30 nominal hours of study recommended for this course.
