Michelle Chow

Michelle has worked for Withers Hong Kong for the last six years.  She has 21 years’ experience in advising on wealth planning matters including discretionary trusts.

Michelle also has a range of experience in charity law, including advising on setting up charitable organisations and governance matters for universities, schools, banks corporations and individuals.

She also advises on negotiating and preparing donation agreements, the use of funds for charitable purposes, making and receiving donations, charities operations and dealing with the Inland Revenue Department and Companies Registry as well as various private banks on issues relating to setting up charities and compliance.
