Over 250 years of combined experience, brought together to develop people, professions and partnerships worldwide.

We have an exceptional team of tutors, many of whom have taught for us for over 15 years. Our tutors are passionate about the subjects they teach. They are highly skilled professionals who have a flair for explaining complex concepts in a digestible way.

All our tutors have significant industry experience, many at Board level, meaning that they bring real-life experience into the classroom and can provide students with genuine insight into the subjects they teach. They are specialists in their field, with not only up-to-date knowledge of the latest technical developments but also an in-depth understanding of the industry and the challenges facing professionals both now and in the future.

Amy Renkert Thomas

Amelia Renkert-Thomas is the founder of Renkert Thomas Consulting LLC, the author of Engaged Ownership: A Guide for Owners of Family Businesses(Wiley, 2015), and Professor of the Practice of Family Business at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Anne Hills

Anne Hills is a Chartered Financial Planner and an Affiliate member of STEP. She is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and a Later Life Accredited Adviser with the Society of Later Life Advisers. 

Anthony Miller

Anthony Miller has over 40 years’ experience in the field of probate and the administration of estates and trusts. Anthony is qualified with the Institute of Financial Services, having received the Trustee Diploma, and has been a Full Member of STEP since 1994.

Bill Howarth

Bill Howarth is the President of the International Compliance Association (ICA) and is responsible for its global Compliance, AML and Financial Crime prevention policy and initiatives.

Bill Lexmond

Bill is a qualified lawyer in several jurisdictions (Ontario (Canada), England & Wales, Hong Kong and New Zealand) and has over 30 years’ experience in trusts and tax work.

Caroline Bielanska

Caroline Bielanska is the co-founder, former Chief Executive and former Chair of Solicitors for the Elderly. She is a legal trainer and independent consultant, advising older and vulnerable adults who have limited physical and/or mental capacity.

Dale Ross

Dale is a TEP and is the Director of private client services at Blackadders. Dale has over 20 years of experience in private client work and specialises in executry and trust matters.

David Chong

David Chong is the Founder & President of the Portcullis Group. He is also the Executive Chairman of Fusang Exchange, the first fully-licensed securities exchange in Asia focused on digital assets. 

Emma Haley

Emma Haley is a solicitor and senior associate with leading private client firm Boodle Hatfield LLP. Emma has many years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of wills, capital taxation and succession planning, as well as UK and offshore trusts.

Euan Fleming

Euan qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and is a Partner at Gilson Gray; he is also a Notary Public and a TEP. 

Fiona Hall

Fiona has significant experience in providing tax advice to wealthy individuals and their families, including those with interests in owner managed businesses, to meet their financial and succession objectives.

Harriet Brown

Harriet practices from Old Square Tax Chambers and is recommended as a leading junior tax barrister in the 2017 edition of the Legal 500 (Private client: personal tax).
