Studying for and taking an exam is hard work and a commitment at the best of times and all should be proud of the hard work they've undertaken to get this far. That said, we know that some of you will be looking for guidance on your next steps - we have taken the opportunity to provide some guidance to help you move forward with your study journey.

Congratulations on passing your exam! It's a great achievement and you should be proud of the work you've put in. I've failed - what's next?

Further information on examination procedures can be found in our Assessment section. Finding out you have not been successful is never easy, though it can be part of the journey to success; we are here to help you in your next steps. Depending on your result, you may wish to resit the examination only or reattend the workshops and resit the examination (please note that fees apply).

Course Materials/Resources

How do I access my course resources?
Your course resources are available via the Online Learning Platform - your username and password are included in your booking confirmation. If you are not able to locate this email, please contact us at Once logged in you will see the course(s) on which you are enrolled and have access to the course resources.

Is the course reading provided in hard or soft copy format?

All courses will only be provided with a soft copy manual. Should you wish to have a hard copy of your course manual sent to you, you can purchase a copy for a fee of £70 this is inclusive of printing and courier costs. To purchase a copy, please contact us at

How long will it take for me to receive my materials after enrolling?
You will receive access to the Online Learning Platform immediately once your application is processed (normally within three to five days of receipt). If the course has already commenced, you will gain access to your study materials straight away. Should you enrol prior to the course start date, you will be given access to a holding page until the materials are published.

Can I buy the course materials without registering on the course?
The course materials are an integral part of all of our courses and we do not offer these for sale separately from enrolment.
